by Danny Sanchez on December 12, 2010

Below are the speeches given at the Mises Institute event, “Economics in One Lesson: A Seminar for High School Students,” on November 19, 2010 in Auburn, Alabama. (Sponsored by Anastasia Thiele.) If you or a high schooler (or middle schooler) you know enjoy these lectures, consider Principles of Economics with Robert Murphy: a 10-week course, starting January 26.

Dear Fellow Environmentalist,

We have urgent news about our efforts to include within the Cap and Trade bill a Federal subsidy that poor people can use to purchase Carbon Credits. This will go a long way towards saving the Environment while also promoting a more comprehensive policy of Social Justice. To learn more, go here: http://greentremayne.com/Urgent_News_Update.html

Also–A Very Important Warning! DO NOT READ that stupid book, Biodiesel: A Novel, by George H. Monahan. All the author does is poke fun at Environmentalism and mock our plans to save the Planet by selling Carbon Credits. He should be thrown in jail for writing a book like this! I HATE HIM!

Namaste,
